Shipping and Returns

Regular delivery within Australia

We offer shipping Australia wide using Australia Post. Below are the shipping rates for single item orders, for large club order we encourage you to call us on (03) 9723 2000 or via our online contact form here to arrange better shipping rates.

Australia Post Shipping Per State:

VIC: $15.00
NSW, ACT & SA: $20.00
QLD, WA, TAS & NT: $25.00

Please allow up to 4 business days for deliveries to metro cities and up to 10 business days for deliveries to rural areas.

Please Note: We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Orders for delivery within AusPOST's Post Network will be delivered in approximately 4 - 10 working days.

Refunds and Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase - at any time, for any reason, email agradeclubsupplies@netspace.net.au.

If your order arrives less than perfect please provide a photo to agradeclubsupplies@netspace.net.au  so we can organise a replacement or refund. Please note we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without proof of goods.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Paypal account, the credit will be refunded to the same Paypal Account.

Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is despatched. We pride ourselves in despatching orders promptly, so to cancel please contact us immediately using our Contact form before the goods have left our control. You will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy above.
